Hi Everybody, I have decided to enter a debt settlement program and have narrowed it down to either Superior debt relief or Sifxpert and am having a hard time deciding. I have 26K in credit card debt but only can afford 350-400 a month for a program. The good thing about Superior debt relief is they have an account set up for me so I can spend that monthly payment whereas Sifxpet I am resposible for saving the $ in my own account every month. I also like the fact that with Superior I can change my phone number and address to theres for call and bills.

I have three payday loans and I know I have paid more than enough. I live in Pennsylvania. Can you tell me the PDLs in this state.

I need to seriously begin a savings plan to pay off some debt, but how do you do it on such a small budget?

OK,I have a question that makes me go "hmmmmmmmm".Why is it that the country with the highest debt in the world decide who is going to run the International Banking??Is that not like giving the former directors of Exxon the job of enviroment co-ordinator??

Are in debt or debt free? I am in debt. If your debt free what is your trick or how do you save? it is so hard to save esp. when you go to paycheck to paycheck and need things for your family to survive. How do you live day to day? Thanks.

I hate being sick. I hate it almost more than anything because I hate taking medicine, even the over the counter stuff. 10 years from ow there will be horror stories about any medicine I take anyway. I am such a big baby when I am ill. I would love to be able to call in today but alas.. I can't. *sigh* I hope everyone is having a much better day than mine!

If certegy is no longer collecting on something does it normally go somewhere else? I haven't had much dealings with them, but I thought they held an account until it was paid. Mine is no longer being reported by their database, where did it go? One csr told me it looked paid, how could that be? I am one of the customers that had my information sold by one of their employees. Should I just leave it alone or what?
