I have a question - I have two payday loans out there and I can not contact either of them to get this paid off. I borrowed 300 from each. One of them I have paid back 540.00 already and the other I have paid 450.00 from having them debit my checking every 2 weeks. I need help locating them for this to stop. I have paid these scum suckers enough. I live in NC and cant locate either of them. One is TJF Corp and the other is ASAP Inc. How do I get this to stop - Help please!

I have been reading this forum for quite sometime and are now ready to post my problem...I have 6 outstanding payday loans which total around $9,500.00. I am ashamed to admit this but my husband has no clue of these since I handle our finances. I have called T & C and spoke to lady who worked out a payment plan for me. Before I try this company does anyone have a success story?

Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to find out what bad debt i have and to whom do i owe. I keep getting declined on my cc applications. The only thing I think of was a car accident a few years back and I had no insurance for medical fees. But I have no idea who to contact.Please help me out.

I found that a legal action against me by a collection agency was filed. I was able to locate the case number and that summon was filed at this point back in May. I also found the name of attorney representing them and his phone number. I am not sure if I am served, yet. I have never received that I owe something to this collection agency. I have never received summon, either. No record on credit report whatsoever. I contacted an attorney and was told not to contact this company or their attorney at this point. What shuld I do? I really do not know what it refers to. Please help me.

ok I posted already but I don't think it went through. My husband and I have credit card bills totaling about 12,000.00 We are not behind on these bills, they are not in collection, we have been late on a payment once. Can we still consolidate? Would a personal loan be the better to go about it??
