Can someone include me with the PDL details. How far can the go as to getting you to repay and recovery their money? I'm new here and just starting to learn a little about these things. I've been dealing with these people myself.

Today, I get a call from total lending ( one of my pdl's) We went thru the same old conversation, me: "you ain't legal", them: "we are legal"...... Are you guy's ready for this?? They said, because I asked them for the loan, it makes it legal. What do ya think? I think they just made up a new pdl law !

[font=Tahoma][/font][color=Black][/color][size=3][/size] I found out that only paydayloan companies in the state of nebraska are legal. Any other payday loan companies that are not in Ne are illegal. So if it is an internet loan or a paydayloan from another state it is illegal.

Hi, I was reading the success stories forum and every topic here gives out some happy news. I just dropped in to give a heads up to those who had success in resolving their accounts from the pdl companies. Congratulations! Just wanted to throw out a BIG HUG to Cannr and Goudah (I hope you read this)...I joined this site on August 6, 2007 and I had 3 IPDL's and 3 storefronts. Well I now have two PIF's and a refund from the internet PDL's and the third I haven't heard from since sending my letters to them and the BBB, Ky Attorney General and KDFI.

Here is a law firm advertising for any info on cash call. They are investigating apparently for a class action suit. There must be a lot of members here who can provide info. Well, here I sit, waiting for VC Funding's investagator. He was suppose to be here at my office to speak with me about my loan. Well... that is what the lady with very bad english said on the phone anyway. He was suppose to be here at 11:30, but he never showed... I told her to bring him on, I WOULD BE GLAD TO SPEAK WITH HIM !!! I just don't understand..... HEHEHE, LOLOLOL THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE ! I called them and their rep said it wasn't them that called, that everyone there speaks very good english. Ha !! She said it must have been the collection department that called.

I don't know who they are, but I would like to know before I pick up the phone. The name just sounds like a collector of some sort. Of course I've been getting all kinds of calls lately so I'm not sure. We are just drowning in behindness and trying to fight as long as we can to keep our house and cars(since we need them to go to work). Any suggestions?

I received a response from the Delaware BBB that my friend, Shanquia at Centrinex, responded. She claimed they were "trying to work with me" and that I "left out important emails needed to get this resolved". Never once did Shaniquia contact me again after I emailed her a new one. Now she responded to the BBB stating they are "willing to settle for 415.00" once I provide the proper documentation. Okay. It started as 300.00, then went to 530.00, now is 415.00. Pick a number already. I responded to my friend, Shaniquia. It was a 4 page email, of which I cc'd to the BBB in Delaware.
