I know this is small in the big picture but we took our daughter to the hospital twice in 25 hours. One was right before midnight and one was right after midnight so it looks on paper like it was 2 days apart when it was really 1. We took her twice because the first time they discharged her when she seemed okay for about 15 minute and just a few hours later was kept getting worse and worse until she was almost unresponsive. The hospital billed it as 2 separate visits which it was but for the same thing. Has anyone argued with a hospital over co-pays and won? I am fine with paying 1 co-pay

Well I reached a settlement with Fast & Reliable Cash. My original loan was for $500, which I have already paid $300 in rollover fees, so I still have a $650 balance from when it defaulted. I offered to send them a $150 cashiers check on on 9-14-07, and then work out monthly payments on the balance.

Well guys: One call from each at work during which I "told them about themselves" and not a SINGLE word since. Hhhmmmm..... could it have been this easy? :? They can no longer debit my account, switchboard won't put calls through and I won't answer my home phone when its a "private" call. Of course, not a word in writing via USPS either. Crossing my fingers..... P.S. I probably just jinxed myself!

Hello. I'm new to this post and have found out some very interesting information. I, too have pdl's and am having a hard time paying these back. I got them when my husband's father was ill and passed away. Now it seems very stupid that I got them and I wish I wouldn't have. So I have CashBack, my cash now and USA Payday online and 3 locally (A-Z Cash, Swift Cash and First Cash Advance). What I don't understand is what difference it makes if they are licensed or not.

I have read the terms and conditions on the website for Eastside Lenders and it doesnt' say anything about licensing applying to their state regardless of what state I live in and I have also checked the Arkasnas list and they do not show up as licensed. Does that mean that I am not liable for the amount beyond the $300.00 I borrowed or not? I want to get these paid for and gone. We have decided that once we get these taken care of, we won't have a checking account any longer. We function better with cash and we can buy Visa Debit Cards when we need to.

I have had 2 cell phoenes sent to me and an imagine card sent to me. All had my old account info. I sent them all back at sender's expense and made a couple of nasty phone calls. All they would tell me is that they had authorization. I did not authorize these (at least not knowingly). Has anyone else had these problems?

I live in Mississippi and I have 6 payday loans. I need to know how to get started in dealing with these. They are all in default because of financial problems (go figure that the payday loans were to help that ughh). I plan to pay everyone what I legally owe but right now I can't do that,especially all at one time. My checking account is severely overdrawn due to NSF fees on the ACH debits. (These were all online payday loans) I am only having problems out of one in particularly. They are constantly calling my place of employment.
