I'm drowning in payday loans. How do I get out? It started out with one, then I had to get another to pay that off, and so on and on and now I have about $2000 in loans and its taking my whole check every two weeks just to pay on the interest and I'm never going to get any of them paid off. And I'm behind about two months on my regular bills because of this. Someone please help me get out of this mess.

I got a letter today from these "attorneys" saying they have been retained by LVNV Funding. I requested validation from LVNV awhile ago (3 months or more), have the green card so I know it got there and never heard from them. Now this law firm sends me the standard mini miranda along wih a statement that "they desire to give me an opportunity to settle this matter before legal action becomes neccesary." So what do I do? Do I DV the lawyers and what exactly should I say since it was never properly validated by the original CA? Thanks

I have 4 PDL's currently. They are with Payday Select CashNetUSA Zip Cash Geneva Roth???? Cash Call (I understand not a PDL). I faxed letters today (except to Geneva Roth 'cause I can't find their info) and told them they no longer have my permission to debit my account. Will this work? I don't want to avoid them. I also stated in my faxed letter than I would contact each and make alternate payment arrangements. I see from some of the posts that some of these may not even be legal in my state. Can someone PLEASE HELP!!!

I live in Wi and I have bout 10 payday loans. 6 of them are online and 4 of them are store pdl. I am broke about to get evicted and have my car repossessed. If I dont pay the pdl online, would it all go to collections? I dont want to file bankruptcy just because of my payday loans but if thats the only option I guess I will take it since I did this to begin with. But any help would be appreciated.

I just noticed something. I went to court on one of these credit cards. I wish I knew more to maybe get a lawyer didn't know any better! :( But on the court judgment it says centurion capital as plaintiff. But I have Palisades also on here trying to collect for the centurion capital. Are they trying to pull a fast one or is the judgement just automatically go under the original creditor???

In my posting of earlier today, asking if anyone knew of BHR, a debt negotiation co., I failed to see that it takes a few weeks for stuff to get posted, and thought I should put my email up so people could reply to me directly (I need to make a decision).
