Hello Everyone: About two months ago, a bottom feeder collection law firm (Love, Beal & Nixon) decided to file a summons for a volunteer reposession of my harley, which I turned in over two year's ago. Now, I have received a phone call from a local hospital's accounts payable department that the account I have been paying $75 per month on has been noted to have 6 returned checks, therefore, they want their $11,726 now or they will seek action against me on Monday. My bank account shows these items clearing my account, sometimes they have dinged me twice instead of once.

I recently signed up with Langhorne debt solutions to assist me with my payday loan HELL, I recently signed on to my account to view the list of lenders that I borrowed money from and beside the amount that I borrowed on 4 of the lenders it either said collections or recovery. What do you believe this may mean? :?:

My team member and friend Goudah2424 has pointed out several times about Payday lenders becoming Credit Service Organizations in certain States such as Texas and Florida where the industry is virtually unregulated. A CSO is basically a broker that connects you with a lender and charges fees for doing so. They are supposed to adhere to a set of rules that are overlooked and not enforced.

Someone please PM me with some ideas. I am not that computer savvy and I am having problems. 11 payday loans, all internet.

Anyone use them if so how was your experience i am about to sign the contract but just wanted to check and see if anyone used him on here, i know he is not a member of the BBB but he has not had any complaints either...

Does anyone know of any class action lawsuits that have been filed against any of the internet pdl? I would really like to jump on the band wagon if there are any. Thanks!

Out of the three I sent (all to the same name MTE Financial, d.b.a. USFastCash and United Cash just to the different addresses I had) only one came back as signed and received. The other was returned and is waiting for me at the post office. Now I've proof that at least ONE of these d.b.a.'s received my letter revoking EVERYTHING! Has anyone else ever gotten back a certified letter confirmation from one of these bloodsuckers?

They are now only lending to California residents. So they aren't totally down, but this is still great news!!!

hello wondering if i coudl get some info on the cease and desist letter - and i read that it gives pdl's the opportunity to start legal action? i have moneygrams set up with usfastcash for sept and will be stting up one for netcashusa if they ever get back to me - i also have one set up for cashnetusa which i will pay ever cent even the finance as they have been great to me! the only one i am not making arrangemetns with is cash transter cetners - what can happen with that?
