My boyfriend recently took out a paydaymax loan and it was placed in my account. An extention was used for the 1st payment which was only $37.24.That payment was return to them and they sent and email stating that $611 would need to be paid on a 400 loan. My boyfriend got the loan for me because I was in need and could not get one on my on.They will not talk to me about taken the payment due. They told me he would need to call in but we do not speak anymore.

please help me find out the legal loan payday loan fees for my payday loans. i am on disability now bad accident and they take all my money every month - finally put no debit on account - settin up moneygrams but don't want to pay more than i owe legally.

I owe about 3500 in payday loans. I was paying about almost $1600 every two weeks in finance charges, so decided to close my acct and set up payment arrangements with the companies directly. Now it seems im in worse shape then before. The repayment amts are almost double the finance charges and im still unable to get a break. I have two questions. 1 Can Payday loans be consolidated and 2 can i send then in whatever i can without them pursuing legal action. Im in Michigan. Thank you

These guys are professional rip off artists. They deduct the fee for the loan out of your bank account every 2 weeks. In my case it was $90 for a $300 loan, every two weeks. I understand that payday loans are VERY expensive, so that is not where my beef lies with this so called "company". This is how they set this up; you have to contact them when you are ready to pay off the loan, but they wont answer the phone, answer voicemail messages, or answer email requests for payoffs or loan documentation. Then because of a personal change I closed my bank account and opened another elsewhere.
