has anyone had a hard time getting in touch with someone at sifxpert??? i have tried several times and emailed and no response i really wanted to go with that company i have heard nothing but good things but just having a hard time getting in touch with them and i need to really choose a company as soon as possible

As some of you know, I am trying to help a friend with her checkngo online installment loan (such a ripoff...she has paid over $900 to these people and her balance has only come down $221!!!) Well earlier today she told me that she went and applied for a pdl (yes, yes...I know...bad, bad, bad) but anyways, the company she applied with pulled her teletrac report and her cng installment loan is being reported as a pdl!!!

I am in pretty deep with payday loans and can't seem to get out---I read there may be a way to consolidate this debt to get out--is this correct? PLEASE HELP

I own a small financial consulting business and every week I am confronted with at least one potential customer who has several payday loans. I have been referring them here for a few weeks, but I would like to do more for them!

Hey I was set to settle a credit card , when my husband read the "arrangement", as they called it and he thought we needed legal advice. Has anyone settled a card , and do you know what it does to your credit score when you settle. Are you then only offered subprime loans in the future? I am very stressed out about this. They are knocking about 3ooo off the total, however I am not sure I want my credit destroyed over this small amount of savings. Thanks for any help.

Just so everyone is aware Payday Yes aka FFD Resources IV, LLC, 501 Silverside Rd, Ste. 125, Wilmington, DE 19809, 1-800-420-8023, won't stop calling. In July they assured me that they were ceasing collections and putting my acct up for sale. I've received a couple calls from them asking me to call back. I just responded "why are you calling me if you have ceased collections on this account". If you wish to communicate with me, pls do so by email only. Are these guys legal? Think it will work? My latest was a report to the BBB/.

Are there any debt consolidation co. that work with Payday loans.. Tremont financial is going to garnish my check for 30% each week.. HELP!
