I received 3 emails from the BBB complaints I filed. United Cash Loans and 500Fastcash gave me PIF's. One Click Cash is willing to settle for $200 and then they will mark me PIF. The catch with One Click is it needs to be paid by 8-23. I rejected the offer and countered with $200 by 9-6 as long as they formally accept those terms as PIF. What is amazing is that they accepted the $300 I had paid in fees as $300 against the principle. This was a new loan so I do legally owe them the $200. Woohoo Woohoo Woohoo - I can't believe this is almost over.

Westbury Ventures, withdrew money out of my account without my permission, with a loan I took out in June, I called the company and they were rude and insulting, with the interest I have paid them and the amount they took out, it all adds up to almost three hundred dollars for a one hundred dollar loan, my question is, does anyone know the pdl laws in the state of New Jersey, please let me know, thanks.

That brings me to my next point. Why is it a "hall" of fame? A hall to me has never been a place of honor. It is a long narrow corridor that leads from one room to another. The teacher would make me stand in the hall if I was disruptive. "Go out and stand in the hall" she would say. I did not feel any fame being out there. Shame maybe, but definitely not fame.

Same old story I have buried myslef in Payday Loans. On a good note and thanks to many of you I have been able to accomplish the following in 2 short days. SJM Marking marked PIF and stopped drafting (checked this morning nothing came out.) Paid them $2400 for a 300 loan. Starlight Financial marked loan PIF and waiting for a response on a refund..we will see. The question I have is this. I have all internet loans and live in California.

Unfortunately I got involved with some quick cash loans on the internet. As a single mom I succumbed to desperate measures. I had a creditor freeze my checking account & I block any debits to the account forthwith. I'm in the process of negotiating with other credits & seeking a road to financial recovery. When I realized how much my payments were for the fast cash loans it was too late. The interest rates are off the charts. I called the NYS Banking Dept. & they advised that internet loans are exempt from usury laws.

I just have some debt that i would like to clear up because some day i would like to buy a house and i think it would be easier if i made it all one lump sum instead of calling all the places.

Hey guys- Checked my account at oneclick, balance was $465.00 what they said I still owed. Gave them the info about being illegal. Went back to check the account today 0.00 balance!!!
