i too have too many payday loans from the internet and i can't pay anything else. my credit is shot so i can't get any loans and i reside in pennsylvania...please help!

Has anyone used superior debt services, if so how do you like it how are there fees, i am so scaried to choose a debt settlement program.

i am a college student and i had a job and was able to pay all my bills until i got pregnant! with my pregnancy i became sick and was unable to manage all my bills! now they are adding up and being sent to collection agencies and i would like to be able to have good credit again, so i could have the best for me and my daughter!

i recieved in the USPS mail a summons for a debt i want to settle. The papers were received on the 11th. One copy certified mail that a room-mate signed for. And one copy via standard first class mail. My issue is the papers state i was served on the 10th. But, i was not served anything from the court. Just the copy of the summons "Plaintiff's certificate of written discovery via USPS mail that i recieved on the 11th. I thought you had to be served court papers BEFORE they could file stating you recieved any in TX. Please let me know if there is any advice.

Hello, I'm stuck in payday hell right now in NH. The fees were killing me, I couldn't get ahold of the payday companies, so I went and closed my bank account and reopened another at the same bank after I explained that I couldn't get ahold of these companies to pay off. I have 5 payday loans. Here is a breakdown: Company Orig Amt Pd to date Impact Cash $300 $550 Fast Cash $300 $180 MTE Financ $300 $745 LoanShopDMS $300 $630 EPayday $300 $180 3 of them I have more than paid them back.

Ok The calls have started. Got a really nasty call from # 800 864 6033. I googled the number and it was Sims Associates. Called and got threatened, so I hung up.I dont even know which lender it was for. They refused to tell me.They wanted to scream instead. Please let me know what to do now, I thought I was calm about all this, but apparently these places still intimadate me.

I have this collector calling me from kouperstein and associates? he advises that I must pay by 12noon today or I am being sued. I am very nervous and worried. They won't take a payment arrangement and I am trying however there is no reasoning with this Sargent person who is calling me. If I pay by 12noon today it is 800.00 if not it is 2400.00. Any suggestions? Thanks
