Recieved a dozen or more calls from a company that called themselves FRS, from Edina, MN. They kept stating that this was in regards to a letter we sent. Call back. Interesting though, because letter claimed, was NEVER RECIEVED. However, I went ahead and filed several local and federal No Call complaints against them. Stating at least 3-4 dates/times they called. Stating letter claimed sent never recieved. FTC sent me letters, providing me with some info, and letting me know who I had to contact regarding the matter.

I have a question to throw out for some input from others. Let's say "Joe" has 3 store front pdl's out in his state where store front pdl's are legal. Joe can't pay his checks off and re-write, so he gets concerned wondering what he can do. Joe contacts the store fronts and two of them will not work with him. I found this surprising myself. So Joe looks into seeing if these 3 store front pdl's are licensed to do business in his state. First, Joe called one of them to be sure of the name & that they were not operating under a different name. No. They are not. So Joe then looks up the 3 pdl's.

Hello All. I'm in the process of taking my life back from these PDL chumps. Unfortunately, I can't manage to find E-Payday Loans anywhere (I know I'm not the only one). I sent a letter via USPS and it was returned to me Personal info removed for your safety - Jason. I've been emailing them at service(at)e-payday-loan.com, but have received NO response. Does anyone have correct contact information for these losers? They seem to have dropped off the face of the earth.

also for USFASTCASH? I need to send them letters to revoke ACH authorization.

New to the forum. Here is my question. I have a couple of account, in my report which is open since 2001, according to the state in which I live, the SOL is 4years. I have disputed the item in my credit report but it is showing that it has been updated without the deletion. What can I do?

Thank you for letting me join your community the reason i joined is this... Got a call from Robert Matthews and when I called back Edward Steele answered. Called 641-237-6598 which apparently has an office in Athens, TN and Jacksonville, FL. They told me I owed on some payday loans gave me a large sum. they gave me a settlement amount. If I didn't call back first of all they wished me good luck oh, and that i needed to call or my attorney. They sent me on a scavanger hunt to try and collect money to be kept from being arrested.

Hi! I have at least 5-6 items on my credit report that are as of the begining of 2007 out of statute. how do I efectivly remove these without going through each agency that the debt is now with? I tried to dispute them 2 years ago but that didn't work. are there lawyers that you could pay to take care of everything? I want them completely removed from my credit report. Help!!! Thanks

Has anyone heard of this company? Are they scammers?

Someone posted to one of my earlier threads that I should call 800-351-8820 x247 at Geneva Roth. I've done some searches on the forum, and it looks like this is for the Fraud and Compliance Director Trent Bradley. However, sometimes it seems his behavior in resolving issues can be erratic though. Is there any other good contact person I should call there?
