$300 loan - made 4 payments 0f $90 balance to payoff is $390 and loan company is not licensed in the state of Illinois

So one of my loans that I have out with Rapid Cash (also known as Speedy Cash) debited my account today for an unauthorized amount without my consent. We had set up payments for the 24th of August and the 7th of September last week, and I guess they decided to go into my account today and just try and get it all.

Hello, My Story: I have several accounts in collection from this year all the way back to 2003. I thought if I ignored the debt it would eventually go away but it hasn't. In fact it is getting worse...duh...right. I need help but my amounts are small but many. Totally around five thousand or less. Most company;s I have contacted say that I dont have enough debt...can u help?

I understand that you can consolidate payday loans; however, I can't seem to locate the two companies referred to Langhorn ? or T&C? I live in Illinois and was wondering what Illinois Law is concerning payday loans, etc. Does anybody know?

Hello all, I am in a situation that I assume many of you have been in. I am in debt and am trying to comb through the debt settlement web to find the best company, ie. reputation, complaints, customer service and fees. I have two that I have been in contact with regularly, Freedom debt relief and Liberty debt management. One says the other may not be trustworthy because of the low fee being charged 9% the other says that the companies promise of helping with credit repair is not accurate. How can I find a company that is reputable and I will not lose out of the money that I initially invest.

I have been sued and judgement obtained on a debt that was statue barred . What is my legal defense.

hello everyone. I am in need of some advice. I am so tired of crying every night and being in a stuck position unable to do anything. My hubby and I have three credit cards. 1 is at 5300, another is at 6000, and the last is at 1200. I was almost 4 months behind on payments when I joined care one credit counseling. I am not sure if this was a good idea. I pay 332 a month to them and they disperse to the credit card companies. On all three I was over the limit by 500 or more dollars. I have been in the program since january of this year. our house payment is like 800.00. plus the 332.

I got my first card when i was 18 and now im 25. I thought i would only use it for small things and then well i got way over my head. I can make the min. payment but barley and i have a 5yr old son so im also having to support him i just want to be able to pay them off but i cant fill for bankruptcy. My credit is very good and i dont want to runin it. I have tryed hard to make payments and im getting by but i need it to come down to only one bill.
