Hi there, Well, since my mom stole some money by forging checks in mine and my stepdads name, I had to take out a loan for him for $3000.00 and it has not been paid and grown to over $5,000.00. MRS collection agency agreed to settle it at $3580.00. I also have a car that was repossessed around the same time due to my mom taking my money and me being sick. I owe them $1200.00. I am mainly focused on these right now even though I have student loans too. I am on disability for a condition that I got 5 years ago called Interstitial Cystitis which is a very painful autoimmune illness.

I have 6 payday loans online. I also have 2 locally in stores. These two I have put on payment plans but I cannot afford to pay for all of these. What can I do?

We just got Served papers saying we have been sued by CACH LLC. They state they bought the debt from Household Finance (which is ligit...but another story) My question is..In Texas can they sue us for a Debt in which we have No contract with them?

After 3 mos. of revoking the ACH for 500Fastcash and them reporting me to Teletrac I got an email offering a settlement of $95 (they owed me in overcharges $70) should I pay them they say if I do they will remove derrogatory info. from records and will send me a paid in full letter. I am afraid to settle because then they are going to comeback with settlement letters from 3 other pdl they have under United, Quickcash etc and they all have refunds coming back but I know they will not refund them. What should I do? Thanks

I can't believe this - I wonder what ties the BBB has with this company. I filed a BBB complaint on Paycheck Today - the first repsonse was from MTE saying they are not Paycheck today. It was when keyed Paycheck Today on the BBB website that IT defaulted to MTE as being the dba - I responded with proof that me emails from Paycheck today have the MTE address right on the document so I know I have the right address.

I have 4 credit cards only one is not late only because it is taken out of my pay every month--the others are about 3 months behind ..had to put money together to pay my mortgage and fell behind with my payments. my credit score is around 430 and i really need a 4000 loan to catch up and get all my bills in order...but of course.... So now i have to find other ways to get my score back up ...

Cosigned for a vehicle for my step daughter. Car was repossed and auctioned. The difference from the auction I had to pay. It totalled $5000.00. plus other minor credit problems. They wont take monthly payments. They want the full amount or nothing. Bank wont lend me money to pay this because of my credit report. How do you get by all of this, now that I am able to pay something monthly

It all started a few months ago when we fell behind on some bills. We took out the first payday loan and when it was time to repay we had to extend the loan which caused the need for a second and so on. We are currently $3000 in debt to payday lenders. The majority are internet and two store front. We don't know what to do...with the fee's, our entire paychecks are gone! We are worse off now then we have ever been. Can someone give us advice on how to try and work with these people? We live in Ohio and I'm not sure what the laws are.
