I went on line today to check my account and found that I had forgotten about a charge on my debit card that was put through as a credit. It took a week to show up and now I had a rent check out there that was 40.00 shy of being covered. I called Eastern Florida Financial Credit Union (plug!) and told them my dilemma. The CSR that answered the phone told me to hold on. She came back and said they granted me 1000.00 in overdraft protection. I would only have to pay a 22.00 fee. I was floored.

Hi All Did anyone notice that when you are on the forum page(main page) where the topics are if you scroll down all the way to the bottom where it says" about us, testimonials etc" there are 2 ads by google for pay day loans. Is there some way to remove them

There is a reporter for the Dispatch that is asking for people's experience dealing with payday loan companies. I know there are a few on here from the Ohio area. Maybe a few can tell there story and hopefully this can help Ohio reform laws on lending by these companies!

I took a loan for 250.00.know it was turned over to collections.they have threatened to have me arrested for fraud if I didn't pay 1200.00 to kevin peterson he was using foul langaue to me calls my work and harrasses my superviser and my self,,,,know I don't mined paying the depth backI don't have the address to send the money???

Hello, Can I combine my car loan, college loans and credit card debit into one low payment. I had a co-signer for these loans and would like to consolidate but don't have a co-signer for that... Is there anyway this is possible? Thanks in Advance.

Well I just got $19.95 taking out of my account from usa benefits and I see that you guys only had $9.95 taking out of your accounts. Why is this?

As a college student suffering from depression, I was barely able to go to classes and so money and credit was really the last thing on my mind, which became a big mistake. I went through the first few years of college in a daze, not really paying attention to the financial choices I was making; not having financial support from my parents did not really help the situation. Opening up several credit cards to afford my college lifestyle, it quickly caught up and I quickly ignored the problem. It's now a year later and I'm sure I now will be dealing with this problem for at least the next five.
