My friends and I have a yahoo social group called the madsocialcalendar and it lets us know when people have an event coming up, like a concert, or a party, etc. But we also post messages, so naturally people talk about different subjects from time to time. However, one of the mods emailed me saying that some people in the group have stopped reading it because with our "chatter" there is too much noise and detracts from the events...ok, am I being overly sensitive or does that just sound stupid. If they don't want to read the posts, just delete them! It's not that difficult.

We are screwed again! Got a call that my mother-in-law is going in for heart surgery tomorrow. Just drained our account (in fact put it in the red) to get my husband a ticket and some extra cash to go be with her. Have checks out against the money. I know I am going to get several NSF fees and know that these checks are going to be returned. I do get paid Friday, but it isn't very much and definitly not enough to cover these checks. One is the house payment and one is my utility payment, and there are a few misc checks, grocery, persciptions, etc. Do not know what I am going to do.

OK guys this is SO frustrating. After submitting both my complaints to the NY AG regarding Oneclickcash and United Cash Loans, and receiving a response that they would mediate on my behalf, I decided to file a complaint regarding ameriloan (also an MTE company) to try to get a refund for the ridiculous amount I overpaid them on a previous loan (over $400 overpaid on a $300 loan). I filed the complaint via fax on Thursday of last week. OK, so I've finally reached that "painted myself in the corner" phase with my debt. I saw it coming and have tried really hard to get around it but.......here I am. I'm not really haviing trouble making the payments (which are over $1000 a month, its just that with all the different payments and interest, I feel like it would just make better sense to consolidate all of the debts (credit cards-$30,000 worth) into one monthly payment and pay the debt off in a specific shorter period of time.

On 6/26/07 $84 was taken out of our checking account, I went to the bank and they printed off a copy of a check that was computerized and made out to JFYC, Just For You Communications. I called them to find out who they are, they are collecting for AOL, so I called AOL and they said neither of us has ever had an account with them. JFCY was supposed to refund my money by 8/3/07, never seen it yet. I filed complaint with the AG's office. I wish I would have filed the dispute at the bank but thought these guys were sounding reasonable.

Aaahhh....where to start?? So, I started with one payday loan. It turned to 2, 3, 4...let's stop there. I feel like a fool...the more I read about everything people have gone through. Anywho, I want to be done with this mess once an for all. SO, here's the deal. Loan Companies: GFSIL AIP WorldWideCash I emailed GFSIL requesting a statement of my account...they called back saying to check my bank statements for that info. By my calculations, I have paid WAY more than the $200 I borrowed.

I need help! I took out payday loans and a cash call loan to try and stay afloat. I am now drowning because every paycheck I have to pay the fees on the loans and have no money left over. I cannot sleep and am slipping into severe depression. Please help me!
