Does anyone know the exact law # in Arkansas that sets the Statue of Limitations on Debt Collections

I received this Dear ******* You are almost funny.You will continue to try to get payday loans from other unsuspecting lenders while using this excuse to justify not paying your bills I will handle this. Scott Johnson Fastbucksnow President I suppose that he is refering to the fact that lenders are not legal in ny as being my excuse. He is assuming(incorrectly) that i am trying to get other loans. Why in the world would I do that? This is in response to my letters revoking debits and wage assignmeents DO YOU BELIEVE THIS GUY

I have a payday loan with a company called upfrontmoney.com.I had a payment due of $145 on 07/31/2007. I contacted the company and told them I would not have the money and I asked them to not withdraw it and to make alternative arrangements. They agreed to this. On 07/27/2007 they withdrew the money anyway so I did a stop payment on the charge through my checking account at Old National. On 08/02/2007 I had about $250 in my checking account. Upfrontmoney.com withdrew $725 from my account via my debit card which I don't know how they had access to.

So, the payment isn't drafted..If I don't make my interest payment they just deposit these checks for full payment.. I noticed the advice is to close your account and open another then make payment arrangements with the company.. But, if i gave them a check for full payment, I guess this makes it more difficult to close the account? The report says "Transferred, closed/Never late; and Purchased by another lender. This is scheduled to continue on record until Dec 2014! Can this really be on my credit?
