My problem is not credit card debt.I am behind in my mortgage and facing foreclosure. What can be done to get back on track?

I received a 300 payday loan not from this company, but this Northway debit took out 2 withdrawals from my bank account the same day fore 190.50. How can I get in touch with them and get my money back?

I currently have two credit cards, one with a $500 limit one with a $4700 limit. I use them for small purchases and always pay them off straight away so they are currently on zero balance. I also have an auto loan, which I currently owe approx $22500 on. I have been in the USA for 18 months, since moving here to marry my American wife. My True Credit report says I can improve my score by opening another credit card account. My score peaked at 710 earlier this year, but it dropped to the high 600's after taking the car loan in April this year.

I got my Dad to cosign my loan for grad school. They didn't give me enough and I ultimately ended up filing for bankruptcy because of it. During this whole PDL thing I've been going through, I've been having trouble keeping track of bills. I knew my forbearance would be ending soon, but I was searching the mail for more important stuff, like money or bills that were overdue enough to be sent as 'notices' telling me something was going to be shut off. I neglected my student loans.

I live in NC and I have 7- 6 more to go outstanding loans. I rec'd an email from Magnum Payday about a collection account and I responded to them that in NC they are illegal and I would like to see their license and told them I contacted the Attorney General's office and this was the response I got: Quote:
