I tried to open a business using my credit cards and the business failed and now i owe about 20k

I have out about six pdls that are all from the internet. And I cant do it anymore and my bank account is WAY over drawn and I have no idea of what to do! What will happen when my account closes? Do I give them my new account number and pay them back? I am so confussed and frustrated that I even got myself in this situation! I am in California and my loans are through Pay Day One, Star advance, 500 fast cash, Onestep Cash and two others. And I am not sure of what the laws on pdls are in my state. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

I have read for what seems for days on those who have been fortunate enough to stop these PDL companies for what seems is illegal. I live in TX - which I think the law says they cant keep charging me "interest" when I have more than paid the loan off?? Correct... I have the following PDL's and I am drowning trying to figure out how to stop them.. what is a "paid in full" and how do I get them to give me one?? I know you are probably tired of hearing about payday loans, but here goes. I currently have 4 payday loans out, but I am only paying the extension fee and each pay period that fee is shortened by 5 dollars. I am in the process of losing my job and I won't be able to pay the loans back. What should I do?

Hi...I am in a terrible financial situation. I will just leave it at that for the moment. I got in the mail a letter from Millstone and Kannelnsohn Attorneys at Law. They are seeking to collect a debt on a Citibank card which the debt is now owned by lvnv funding llc. The letter does not threaten a law suit or anything like that. It is a first attempt collection letter asking for the amount and stating I have 30 days to dispute or get the evidence of the debt. Ok...I know the debt is mine.

If I send a debt collector a request for verification of a debt they are chasing me for, do they have to respond within a given time under Texas law? Thanks.
