A collection agency started to call my fathers house (I must have used him for a reference). I am in a debt consolation company and my company was paying HSBC. I guess HSBC sold my account 2 years ago but HSBC cashed the checks my d.c. company sent to them (April 07, May 07, June 07). What can I do about this part? My debt company will not help me out in this part and basically said I’m on my own to recover the money.

Hi all... It would be great if you all could send some thoughts and prayers my way this week. I have some major financial hurdles to overcome, and it's not looking good. Most of the members here know I was forced into Chapter 13 Bankruptcy last year to save my house. (I could be the poster child for that whole subprime mortgage mess - every bad thing you've heard about mortgage brokers & shady real estate deals happened in my situation.) Things are not getting much better at this point.

I have been faxing and sending letters to the credit card companys but all i have to work with is 6,000 that my brother will lend me just to get back on my feet.

a question. if you take out a payday loan for 250 fee75 and you pay that fee 6 times for a total of 450 dollars. the loan plus fee is 325 does this mean i have overpaid. can i count this as pif. what do i do.
