I needed a loan for my car confided in Midland Market to get this loan instead of taking $260 they took 600 and now my account is in the negative $545!!!!!

why is it that when it rains it pours? i just want things to go back to normal. i am still in a lot of pain from my accident and now my grandfather just went into the hospital 3 days ago from a stroke and now he has pneumonia ...i cant take it anymore i just wanna rip all my hair out

Today I received a packet from my AG. Inside were 6 letters all the same except for the pdl name on the letter...they say: The Consumer Protection Div. reviewed your complaint against "PDL****" and is forwarding the complaint to them for a response. The complaint was reviewed by the Deputy AG for possible legal action. There do not appear to be any legal violations within our jurisdiction that we can pursue in court. We are however attempting to mediate a resonable resolution to your complaint with "PDL****".

My credit score seems to have improved since I took out a consolidation loan to pay off credit card debt about 45 days ago. I now have an installment account open for the loan (as well as student loans which will kick in in six months or so), but I now have (and should be able to maintain) a zero balance on all five of my credit cards, with about $17K in available credit. My score is now 660, up from 600 two months ago. My question is whether this score will remain the same, continue to go up, or go down in the months ahead.

I owe $24,000 in credit card debt. I owe one card 13,000 and one card the balance. I am current but struggling on making the min payments. I inquired to a couple of debt settlement companies and noew they all seem to be calling. What is the best company? I live in Texas. My two cards are with Chase and Bank of America. Has anyone delt with them?

I recently paid off a couple of credit cards, and since it's unnecessary (for my credit score, etc.) to keep these particular accounts open (I have other, older acct's with higher limits), I'd like to close them. I don't want to pay annual fees for cards I won't be using, etc. However, despite repeated requests, I can't get either of them to send me a letter confirming that the accounts have been paid off and closed. Is this some kind of tactic on their part (in order to keep me on the books, charge me their stupid fees, etc.), or am I just not going about this the right way? Hopalong

I just want to thank everyone at this site for all the help I've received. On November 10, 2006, I took out a loan with paydayservices.com for $300. The loan was finally paid off in March and I told myself I would never take out another of these loans. I ended up hitting another rough spot financially and took out another loan this past April.

Need Help

I have made a few stupid decisions and now I find myself having to take out payday loans to pay off the next one. I make a good salary and because of these loans I accumulated I am paying about $700 a month and it is all going to interest. At this rate it will take me forever to get these paid off. I only owe about 2,500 but at this rate I am paying more than that in interest. I am looking to find a way to pay these off and make a monthly payment to get out of debt and live a debt free life.
