I ran a credit app from annualcreditreport.com for my wife and I. Since than we were sent at least two "Appear in Court" papers recently.I have talked to my boss to help on the first one that we got. He has payed off the first one for us,but in return he is deducting the amount out of my pay check weekly.He metion that the next time that we get one that we need to work it out on are own.That was before we got the second one.which show up tonight 7/22/07. I want to payoff want I owe before they decide to send more.What do we do?

When I turned 18, I wanted credit and I really didn't care how I got it. So I applied to EVERY credit company that I could and a few weeks later I had about 8 credit cards. I tried to pay them down but I was overwhelmed and fell far behind, a few years later I got married and now have a child. We are looking into purchasing a home and I need to improve my credit score.

Normally I post over in debt consolidation and Payday Loans...but I need to learn it all!! I am an older adult that has wanted to buy my own home (condo-townhouse) for years. I thought I was on my way to building better credit when I screwed up with the ipdls mess. I'm cleaning it up. But I pulled my last free credit report and all it shows right now is my 4 credit cards...3 past due and 1 charged off. All 4 are listed and participating in my debt management program and all my debt, cc, medical, etc. Will be totally paid off by spring 2008.

My friend told me of this site, I've spent half an hour looking around and I like it. Let me tell you what's going on with me. I have had very minor debt problems until now. Right now I have Academy Collections bothering me about a Sears Credit debt. I plan to fully pay this debt but Academy had no solutions that could possibly work for me. The other week they called and said I had 3 days to come up with $1600. That was a settlement amount. I actually owe 2000.

is there any way to try to get something removed once it's been paid??? everything is marked as paid, but my score is still very low.

i recently got a credit report and i have a couple of bills that are in collections, how do i get a hold of those places to pay them off?

Does anybody have settle debt with Credit Solutions of America in Texas? I need some feedback about that company.
