Where can I get debt consolidation for my 15 payday loans. I live in Arkansas

I was talking to this John guy who is the collections manager(I'm sure they use that title loosely) for USA Paydayloans.com. And you guys got some pub... We were arguing about my loan and I was giving him everything I know about Tennesee laws and everything I've read here...we went around for a good while.

boy have i learn alot hear. at 1 time i had 7 pdl i think im down to 3 or 4 but this is really getting to me its DMS Marketing .i live in oregon have a loan with them for 200. they have been taking 120 every month and if you want to pay it off they will reduce it i have been trying to get ahold of them by phone for 2 day and all i get is there ansering machine. so this morning i emailed them stating its against oregon law as july to take out the 120 and then have me pay the 260 to pay it off. i also stated to them i had reported them to oregon AG and the BBB.

So i finally decided to get some sanity back in my life and enrolled with CareOne Credit counceling for debt consolidation. They seem to take very kind of Debt and i checked them out on BBB, they seem like a credible company unless anyone in here knows something that i dont. I would love to hear your input on them. They will take: medical bills Credit card bills Collection Items Dept. Store cards and ofcourse my favorite, PayDay Loans. They pulled my credit report and believe it or not, This is what i owe. Hopefully my credit will get clean so i can finally get a grip on life again.

I closed my checking account where I have payday loans outstanding because I want to pay them off and be rid of them but I need to do it slowly and cheaper. Can they garnish my paycheck?

I got a phone call yesterday that was pretty upsetting. It was a bill collection from a collection agency that I had never heard of in regards to my son's hospital stay last year. He was pretty rude bill collector too, I do have his name and I may report hiim. However, I'm sure all bill collectors appear to be rude. Anyway, he advised me that I needed to pay $3400.00 RIGHT NOW because this was going to be the final attempt.

Can online payday loan companies garnish your paycheck. I have 7 outstanding and want to get out of them and the only way is to close my account, call them and set up payment arrangements.They say that if you signed you are bound by the laws in their state. They don't say they will garnish my check but I was wondering if they would. Please let me know what I can do.

For all to know I did answer my summons with the help of the forum and I am eternally grateful. NOW I was googling Apothaker & Associates to see what makes them tick. Low and behold I'm starting to pull up cases and docket numbers all filed here in PA for a federal statue on consumer credit. One of the cases has the plaintiff's attorney. I'm sitting here wondering if I should contact the attorney. She did leave a phone number and email. Would this help? I would appreciate your thoughts. Moki
