Hey Guys and Gals, How can I find out if a money order I sent to a collection agency (bank) has been cashed and when it was cashed? I live in IL.

Do the pdl companies trade info with each other. Can they get my NEW bank info, after i have opened up a new account at another bank ? I need to know if mt new account is safe

I have been reading through your forum here and see a lot of good stuff. I have loans with Sonic Payday, and United Cash Loans that I have defaulted on. Does anyone have a fax number for these two companies that I can use to get them the letter of revocation for wage assignemnts? Thanks so much for any help!

Can an item be removed from your credit report by negotiating with credit collectors?

hi guys, i have been negotiating with my credit cards to get a better deal. i lost my job 6 months ago , and i owe 13,000 to 7 credit card companies. i tryed to get all of them down to at least 50% of my original balance. my brother is going to lend me 6,000. now if i cant get them to go down that far should i just pay the companies that i owe the most to. because i have 3 cards that i only owe less than 900.00 on 1, 500.00 on the other and 700.00 on 1 more. also i am uncollectable because i do not own anything besides a car thats worth 2,000.

Hi,my name is Bea and I hope these questions are not too stupid for this forum! I talked with T&C today and I am very happy with the payment program they are going to set me up with next month. The customer rep person I spoke with told me to call my bank and put a stop ACH debt on my payday loans. If there is anyone out there who has dealt with T&C is this normal? How quickly do they get in touch with these internet payday loan companies to make the necessary arrangements and will the stop ACH debt cause the payday loan companies start the process of calling me at work and home?

Yesterday I faxed/mailed/emailed a letter stating they couldn't debit my checking account and not to call, only contact me via email and USPS. Now I know this was falling on deaf ears right from the start. But, I had to at least try. So this evening, they called my cell. By the time I googled the telephone number, they had hung up. Then they called the landline, but i was unable to answer the call at that time. Then just for the heck of it, I checked my voicemail at work. They called there too! They didn't leave any messages, though.

My husband called me this afternoon and said that his company may not be able to stop his direct deposit before next week's paycheck!!! It could still go into the old account. WHAT THE??? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELETE SOME NUMBERS FROM A COMPUTER, THEY DO THEIR OWN PAYROLL!!!! My payroll dept took out one number and put in the new one, DONE...just like that. They are going to TRY and if they can, they will cut him just ONE paper check for that week and then process his new direct deposit. This could be REALLY, REALLY BAD! That account is sooooooo in the negative!!!!!!!!!!!!

a boat was repossesed about 5 years ago. It was bought in one state, the bank that gave me the lone was in another. What (SOL) years will I have to be worried about? If it makes any diffrence the boat was lic. and registered in a totaly diffrent state!!

I made this because cannr and I started talking about old sitcoms earlier. We were talking about Nick at Nite and TV Land. What shows does everyone like? As far as old shows, I like All in the Family, M*A*S*H, and ROSEANNE the most!!!!
