Hello, Are payday loans, Rapid cash loans, short term cash loans, and short term lines of credit all the same thing? I'm trying to determine if Military Financial is acting/loaning illegally not only in my state but to military members. We recently obtained a "loan" from them that will come out of our account in 4 withdrawals at almost 600%!! We are active military. We live in the state of Missouri and I have looked in e every avenue I know possible and they are not licensed in Montana which is required.

Too many people are in financial problems due to payday loans. Can you suggest some good alternatives to payday loans?

A few days ago on Friday, I came home from running errands to find a sticky note from UPS hanging on my front door. The note said the sender required a signature at the time of delivery & that they will attempt to deliver again on Monday(which is now today). I looked up the InfoNotice number on the note to look at the tracking information. It looks like it's a package that weighs just over 1 pound and it was sent via UPS ground. It doesn't say on the note or online who the package is from.

i got a boa credit card in 8/2007 it got charged off then i received a claim i owed fia... (who are they)?? Isent them 4 requests for debt validation they sent no documentation, they sent me a summons, i filed that, then a discovery, i answered that now a motion for summary judgment... I was never notified boa is somehow together with fia... shouldnt i have been notified, my credit report lists only boa, my card only said boa... seems like this is misrepresentation... Is this improper service?

I read a article on here last week about a problem someone was having with Resurgent capital services, so i decided. to have some fun with Capital management services, which is owned by Sherman Acquisition Limited, which also owns LVNV Funding. Anyway the poster said he sent Resurgent a DV letter and all of a sudden the account was place with another of Serman's outfits for collection. So I went ahead and sent Capital my own DV letter, they received it on the 23rd, low and behold I got a letter from them dated on 24th.

I wanted to say thank-you for this website. I have been dealing with the circle of payday lenders for a few months now and I found this website and I took control exactly one week ago. Since last Monday, I have contacted the lenders and let them know that they illegally have done business in my state, against my knowledge. This past week, I have received emails back with some that have advised me that I can longer do business with them, but that they will close out my account and the email verfied that the acct had been paid in full.

I have 6 IPDL's and 1 store front loan. The IPDL's are: cashnet usa-850 pd 907, us fastcash-500 pd 450, everest-500 pd 325, dollar premier-500 pd 150 and mambo cash-400 pd 140 and western sky-500 pd 0. Which ones are legal, illegal and what can i do to get out of this h*ll?

is zip19 licensed to give loans in oklahoma or do that even have to be licensed in oklahoma to give loans. or are they illegal in oklahoma

Hello. I live in New York. I have loans with these online payday loans: VIP LOAN SHOP VIN CAPITAL CASH CURE MASS STREET GROUP CASH CALL I am not sure if these lenders are illegal or not. Can someone please help? I am confused on how to find out if they are. Again, I am in New York and they are all payday loans. PLEASE HELP ME!
