Hello everyone I stumbled upon this site while searching a way to get out of all the payday loans I'm in. I'm a single mom that go to school full time and lost my job and by listening to a friend I ended up with almost 7 online payday loans and a couple of in state cash advances all to survive and pay rent, car note, have food on the table etc.

I have enrolled with Credit Consultants to help in paying off credit card balances that I owe totaling about 15000. They explained to me that I would have these paid off in 36 months. I am currently paying 192.00 per month and have made 4 payments so far. I was told that they take 1/2 of my highest balance due and once I have saved up that amount they then contact that creditor for settlement. Does this sound right? I have never gotten in this position before and just not familiar with all this stuff. Has anyone dealt with Credit Consultants LLC before or know anything about them.

Hi All, I need a little help with Payday loan info. I had account with the following lenders Ace $542 (paid off this past Friday - hallelujah!) Checkngo Online $642 (pd $264 in refinance) Apple Fast Cash $132 (Originally $400, pd. $1300) Payday Ok $400 (Orig. $500, pd. $437 refinance/fees) As everyone here has suggested, I closed my bank account and reopened another one. My bank was really great about everything. I sent letters via email to Ace, Checkngo, & Apple. The people from ACE were really, really nasty and I went ahead and paid them off. I guess they succeeded!

I took a payday loan with m1ydirect bact in Oct"06" i have been paying the fees since then and paying down on the loan. Today i recieved a phone number from a person by the name of kevin petterson with a british accent. I could barely hear what he was saying. He was very rude to me while i was trying to get some understanding out of what he was talking about.

So do do this company help you with paying paydays loans off as well as collection agency bills and what about repro's

I've been contacted by superior debt services via my consultation on this forum. I've repeatedly emailed asking questions about what to expect and how this will be handled if I sign for their settlement agreement, but can't get any answers in writing. This makes me wary of using their services. Can someone vouch for them and their commitment to their clients and contract? Also, can someone tell me what EXACTLY happens when you settle with a CC company? Do they harass you constantly? How much mail volume can I expect to get from them?

I wanted to know if anyone has used this company to consolidate debts? I'm doing some research into consolidation of my debts. If I were going to do consolidate I want to make sure I going through a good standing company.

i need to know Kansas laws it seems tha the payday loan company i went with were not suppose to loan to the state of kansas i have someone who works on the inside but don't know if there is anyhting i can do about this have been paying on one of them since january of 2006 and that was for a 3oo dollar loanand the other one was a 200 dollar loan and have been paying on that since december of 2006 please help me in anyway you can.

got good news today from MT Oread Ventures when the attorney general got ahold of them they decided the better come across will be getting a refund check in the mail and a PIF statement next one I am working on is 3 midland they tell me the sent to collections I told them they better deal with it then self instead of there threating collections ppl

Overview: My husband has PDL with 4 different places two are affliates, he owes out every two weeks approximately 3,600.00. The checks have never made it through the bank because he walks in and pays the accounts. Of course any of you in this boat will understand that he borrows from one to pay the other. First off let me say that I think he has a problem, a huge problem. This to me os no different ( for HIM) thatn somone who has a gambling problem, drug problme, or an alcoholic. It is a problem. He knows it but can't admit it.
