Does any one knows were I could get a loan for bad credit for at least 7000 and be approved.

I just received a call from a collection agency that just really ruffled my feathers (that is the most forum friendly saying I could think of). I was just approved for a small business loan through my bank..as in approved yesterday.

And the payday loans try to submit the check I wrote them, what exactly will happen? Does it depend on what bank I have? We have Bank of America and have actually opened a new account but the Bank Of America account is still open with a $0 balance. I have called 2 of the 3 payday loans i have and they will not work with me. I have no other choice but to close the account...and hope my job does not fire me due to this situation, since they have already called my job. These are storefront loans. I just do not have enough money to pay these, the fees alone between all 3 are over $350.

does any one know if payday2 go and one step cash use any other names?

Hey, everyone! I live in Florida, and I currently have four outstanding payday loans. I am not sure what to do next, so I need to help and advice. My four payday loans are as follows: CashNetUSA $875 PayDaySelect $200 OneClickCash $200 500FastCash $200 They, of course, keep debiting my checking account so that I am now in the negative. I have tried closing the account but the bank won't do it since I am in the negative.

Need finding out who E-cash now is. I took out a loan and they are draining my account. Can anyone help?

Hi guys, Well, since I've heard back from neither OneClickCash or United Cash loans, I decided to give them a call to make sure they were receiving my e-mails. The CS reps at both "companies" informed me that they could not speak to me as the accounts have been forwarded to the "compliance department". I guess I'm in for it now huh?

I have an outstanding loan with Sonic that I defaulted on and have been contacted about. I sent them the letters and everything. Now I received an e-mail invitation from them saying I'm approved for another loan!!! Is this a regular practice or weird?
