Now fia sues me... i have no clue who they FIA is... the attorney does not send docs to prove i owe fia... i had to fill a discovery they sent me... now i have the summary judgment to respond to. I was threatened by a collection agency saying they will send out a warrant application if i dont pay for the bad check i wrote a few months back. I have a few family and friends that are in collections and they say its a scare tactic and also told that if im on any state assistance and unable to pay on the debt at this time and please dont call this number again there is nothing they can do. I did not pay any money towards the loan but the interest of $150 was debited out of my account on 9/28/12 as well as $75 from Hydra fund which I disputed because the $250 they placed into my acct was not authorized.
