I am paying about$400.00 to $500.00 in payday loans I can't keep affording this can this program help?

i have about 12k in credit cards debt and my aprs are all over 20%. i cant afford them and if something cant be done then i will have to stop paying the min payments soon.

Hi, I need some help in figuring out how to get rid of are payday loans. The payments are too high and even making payments every 2 weeks is getting us no where. I have called two debt consolidation companies already and they have told me they dont consolidate payday loans. Im begining to think theres no way out.

I have been showing up to court (3 times) and I was told by Asset's representing lawyers that the suit was being passed to another date. On 5/7/07 - I disputed the debt verbally (passed to 5/23. On 5/22/07, I received a letter from the law firm with a validation that looked to be an internally created document by AA. On 5/23/07, the lawyer again passed it until 6/18. On 6/5/07 I sent a debt validation letter certified/return receipt to both Asset & the Law Firm (both received 6/11/07. On 6/18/07, the lawyer advise me that he was passing until 7/23/07.

Hello, I have a CC debt (charge off) that was first reported on my credit report in March of 2003. It was for $4200. The total is now up to $8400 and Ive recieved letters from CAs (non certified) off and on over this period of time. About 6 mos ago, I recieved a letter from Capitol One (the original creditor) and then it went back to another CA by the name of northland group in Medina, MN.

Has anyone in the forum tried calling them to lower there interest rate. I have a loan from them, I dont want to defaul because the already took someone to court in my department last year for 2600.00. But there rates are out of wack? Any suggestions?

MTE financial sent me a settlement to pay on the account or I would go to collections. I advise them that I have over paid them in roller over fees and they should send me a PIF. They responded, we are sending you to CL? What is CL?

Has anyone heard of FSS? I have received a recorded phone call left on my answering machine for the past three days. It starts as "if this is (my name) please stay on the line. then repeats. then a man's voice comes on and says if you are not this person, hang up. if you are, stay on the line. then he says something about FSS and this message is from a debt collector...you know the drill. then he says please call me back at 1 866 530 3819 to discuss an important business matter.
