Does anyone know who this number belongs to? They keep leaving messages at my work phone number saying to call this number back but they do not give a company name.

I keep seeing references made to this company and that they handle payday loans. Anyone have info on this company? I'm thinking of consolidating the remaining loans I have.

Hi everyone, I got a letter from Palisades looking for a person that had a different first name and had the same last name that I have. The collection co. told me that this person made a purchase in the amount of $124.55 in March of 1995 with a Mastercard.Somehow they got my address and phone #. Said this person had the same last four digits of my soc. sec. #. I didn't recognize the co. where the original transaction was made, the second collection co., and I also hadn't heard about Palisades the third collection co.

I have just signed up with A law firm that does debt settlements. They are in the process of faxing a power of attorney to my creditors telling them to not contact me and to start dealing with them. Can my creditors still sue me while I am in this program. I really scared about one of them that sent me a letter from an attorney. Please answer my post. Any help would be appreciated.

I am in deep need of help dealing with Mann Bracken. I recently received a letter from their office stating that my account had been referred to them for coolection in the amount of $7300.00. After receiving that letter I responded to the letter to the address shown that I was somewhat confused to this as I have always made monthly payments all months since having the account on time except for a couple of months and doubted this to be correct. Of course I received no Acknowledgement from my letter back.
