But how can they collect if the home is never sold ?

I need some advise, I'm in a jam. I have 2 payday loans with check n go total $2600 VIP $300 Power house $300 it turns out things got from bad to worse and now I cannot pay. I terrified I will lose my job and worse go to jail. any advise I live in Texas. Thanks so much. Kris

Payless Financial Group Can anybody please tell me if this is a legitimate company? I have a few payday loans and the company offers to manage the loans so that I'm basically paying just the total principal of the loans originally borrowed as a single monthly payment over the course of five months. I've read all the forums on how to claim that the PDL's are illegal in NYS (where I reside) and it seems like such an incredible hassle to juggle all the things I'd have to do with multiple PDL companies, my bank, and my employer. If this company is legitimate it would be nearly hassle free for me.

Does anyone have any feedback on Wells Fargo's secured credit card product? I have a mortgage, checking account and savings account with them, and need to start rebuilding my credit, so am looking for the best option for me. I know about orchard and emblem, any others that you guys can suggest? Pros, cons?

I closed my account and sent out letters the end of May. For the most part the PDL companies have left me alone. Except for Ameriloan and Advantage Cash Services. Both have been paid well over the original amount of the loan. I have reported them both to the Attorney General and the FTC for repeated phone calls (even after I asked them not to call anymore at work) and threats. I have gotten no where. They still call at work and at this point I am sure my co workers are getting sick of it. Can anybody tell me what to do next.

Dear all: Okay, after learning from this amazing forum that PDL is illegal in NJ, I did all my steps--close my bank account, secure my paycheck and send notice of ACH revocation to all those PDL companies. Almost two weeks after I opened my fire at them at 9/17, I do have some progress report to share with you. I got crazy 13 PDLs (I don't even know why and how...sigh...) and all but two of them have been overpaid (since I loan them, pay them off and reloan again).

Here is a list of where I stand today: SQL, LTD :$300 Loan, Paid $390 Archer Direct :$550 Loan, Paid $576 Vandelier Group :$300 Loan, Paid $300 LAKOTA :$750 Loan, Paid $682 Hydra Financial :$300 Loan, Paid $180 Sonic :$500 Loan, Paid $175 I'm going to close my bank account first thing, but I am also concerned about my job and HR as we all know this can be very embarrassing.
