I got a call today from White Collar Investigators and the person that I spoke with first was a women and then she couldn't answer all my questions so she tranfered me to someone else who then transfered me to a Robert James and they all told me that I warrant was going to be issued for me by 2pm today and that the only way I could resolve this is turning my self in if I wanted to or pay the money by 2pm via money gram. Does anyone know anything about this kind of phone call???????

This is in response to your email corrrespondence addressed to the Commissioner concerning Payday Loans. Payday lending is deemed to be a prohibited activity in the State of New Jersey based on the criminal usury limitations (N.J.S.A. 2C:21-19), however, there is no actual law that specifically addresses Payday lending. :?: :?: Yesterday morning I received a message on my cell from allied interstate. Today, I received another, but I have to call their phone number and be placed on hold...I finally hang up. This is the telephone number that's been calling with a message to call them back: 888 889 3694. I do NOT HAVE A CLUE :!: as to why I am receiving these calls. So I got on the net to check them out and found this very informative web site. I have panic disorder and after reading through your post, I am very much concerned and frightened after reading your posts, but am very grateful to found you.
