i was on the internet looking for a $500 payday loan. to my surprise there was $200 deposited into my account from a company named magnum z llc. i dont understand how could i had applied for a loan from them when i cant even find any information online about this company offering payday loans. lately i found out that this company goes by the name of debt doctors but i didnt apply from a loan from this company either. today they took $60 out of my account.

Company/Individual reported: magnum z llc i didnt apply for a loan from magnum z llc and to my surprise they had deposited $200 into my account i dont understand how i could have applied for a loan from the company when i cant find any information about them on the internet. i know that this has to be a mistake because when i was applying for a payday loan i was trying to get a $500 payday loan never a $200 loan.

Hi , A law firm is keep sending letters to collect from someone who never lived at my address but the last name is the same with mine.Can anyone give me a text letter to sent back to the law firm and stop this harassment ? Thanks .

Hello again: Sorry to be a quick poster here, but I have tons of questions. I haven't seen any advice on consolidation of these PDL's. I am pretty sure that they are all legal in my state of Ohio. I am having one heck of a time getting past the beligerant collectors to set up payment plans. So, I contacted a consumer credit counseling place. They say that they can help for a $75 start-up fee that gets refunded at the end, and a $50 fee per month until paid off. They claim that I HAVE to pay these off in 6 months. I have not signed anything yet. Any suggestions?

Hello: Quick question.... are these 2 IPDL's legal? Do I have any reason to even try to "fight these" in the state of Ohio?

If I am able to pay my payday loan on time will it effect my credit score? Is payday loan considered negative on credit report?

Well I guess now the fun begins!! I sent a email out to all our PDLs yesterday stating the WI laws reguarding unlicensed pdls and also that all communication will be by email or us mail. Also revoked there right to contact us by phone. So anyways I get a phone call at "work" from "The Loan Shop" who stated that my settlement of the amount I accually owe is not good enough because these laws don't apply to them because they are in Delaware.
