AMEN!!!! I finally got one PDL paid in full today, and it was a storefront! Woohoo :) However, my husband had to go to court for one of his today and they did not give two squats that we were working with T&C to try and pay them off. The judge knew the girl from the PDL place personally and would not listen to one word my husband said. So, we get to pay them 50 bucks a month until it is done with. Of course, they said we could always pay more.

hello i have talked to my bank about stopping all ach transactions... I would like to write letters to all the pay day loan companies but i am not sure where to start.. what to include any help would be appreciated.. thank you

I am about to sign up with superior debt to take care of 2 CC's that have gotten way out of hand. To a total ot $29k. One of them is my fault the other my ex wife ran up without my knowledge but either way I am stuck with it on my credit. Well I recently bought a house and my credit score is quite good at 720+. And I know that by not paying my CC's for a year or so will damage my credit score but how bad?

i fell behind on 7 credit cards, 2 have gone into collection so far, am behind on all (total is $48K). considering debt settlement, but 3 years seems a long time for card cos. to wait. am worried about them filing suit. HELP

I have checked out the site to see if a company is licensed for my state. Cashnetusa does not come up listed as a licensed business. However, there websites and emails the send out state that they are. Is this just one of their lies to scare people from the truth.

Palisades took me to court (pre-trial only)in Jan '07 over a supposed debt to Verizon Wireless. I went to the hearing and asked the lawyer representing them to validate my debt, since I have never done business with Verizon Wireless. The lawyer stated that they would contact me if it turned out there was a debt owed.

Well I had to move back to the city and get high speed internet again before I could return but I am here to say hello again. Word of advice. If you have high speed internet now don't ever move somewhere where there is only dial up. You will go insane.

Dont let these people sucker you they are crooks and scam artists. They work for a Credit Counsler and they want you to pay them instead of paying your bills. If you take your advise you will lose money and still not have your bills paid. Instead of listening to them call collectors negotiate settlements or payment plans show good intentions. Appeal old debts to the three credit agencies send appeal letters on older debt they will be removed. Dont let CCC scam you you can fix your credit you dont need them.

Anybody ever receive a automated call from this number. If so, were you able to speak to a live person because when I call it back it just rings, rings, rings. ladybug :x
