My patience is growing thin with Plain Green Loans. I have submitted my letter stating ACH revocation and asking for a refund for interest paid on previous loans to satisfy my outstanding loan with them. I would still be owed a balance of 900 even after satisfying the current loan. I see they have flagged my account as having an invalid bank account so they have honored my ACH revocation at least but I still not have received anything from them stating the current status of my loan being paid in full.

I have been reading this site for a few days now and finally got up the courage to battle the PDL companies that have been taking advantage of me. I have seen several posts regarding Cashcall and they all seem to be the same response from this Elissa. I understand that they are an illegal loan since it originated from Western Sky and that they charge an outrageous interest rate. What if I haven't paid the full amount that I borrowed yet but only about half? I dont mind paying the full principal but I can't pay the $486/month any longer. If I stop payment at my bank, call cash call and tell them that I can't make that size payments, will they work with me?

Im new to this site but I'm glad I found it, so far I've learned a few things about PDL's. I have two loans out now,one from Ameriloan and the other Plain Green. I borrowed 300 from Ameriloan and have only made one payment and I borrowed 2000 from PL and have made 4 payments of 140.68. I have previously borrowed from PL 3 times before, 1st amount for 550 and ended up paying 1047, 2nd amount was for 650 and payed 817.48, and the 3rd was for 650 and payed 997.06. So i payed 1011.54 in all three previous loans with Plain Green. This is my first loan with Ameriloan.
