I need help I live in the State of OHIO and have been receiving the threatening calls as well. I am alrmed because I do not want them to debit anymore money out of my account. What should I do?

Someone please help me... After being a young professional for 2 years, I was landed right on my bottom to being nothing over night, and looking for a solution I got a pay day loan. Well, 1 loan has turned to 3 loans now, all which are store front. Those companys are First American Cash Advance --- $200 Check$mart --- $400 Advnace America --- $400 I can't afford any of these anymore... I'm seriously losing it mentally at this point and I just don't know how to get out of this trap... I can afford to pay them back $50-$75 every 2 weeks....

They are calling at 8am on the dot and is calling about 7 to 10 times now.What research I have done on this is its someone trying to sale a cell phone for sprint.I do NOT think this is true I think its CA trying to find people and is making this up.

We have 3 store paydayloans and 4 over the internet. we need out but I dont know what to do. Really dont want to close our bank acct.

I am in the process of closing my bank account and opening anotheer, but I'mn ot sure what to do after that. Any help would be great!!

I've checked credit counseling services and is a great choice but at this time I can't afford it. I owe more that what I can afford. I'm very frustrated and the reason is that there are so many scams out there that is almost hard to find a legitimate and honest debt settlement company that will help you settle your debts.

How does the BBB notify me if a complaint I filed online against a pdl has been answered or resolved? Would they send me an email or do they send something in the mail?

Don't make enought money for all the bills i have now. Hours cut, can't make all my payments on time or at all.
