Does anyone know what AIP's email address would be? I have paid off a loan back in February, and I have overpaid, so I am considered asking them for a refund. Also do they have any dba that they operate under? I want to file complaints as well, but I want to double check if they are actually licensed under any other name first...seriously doubt it though. They never sent me a contract, all verbal, so I don't have any paperwork for reference.

I live in Florida and have three pdl loans with PaydayOk, USFastCash and UnitedCashLoans. After reading other posts, I sent all three the appropriate letters (thank you guys for providing copies) and closed my account to stop them from continuing to post debits. I haven't heard a single word from them. What now? PaydayOk is the only company that has responded via email. However, even though I've paid over $900 on a $500 loan, they stated that they could not accept partial payments and would apply any payments I made BUT that my balance would accrue daily interest! Can they do that?

I haven't talked to Leah but Ihad 2 pictures messages of Xander when I woke up this morning. I assume she had him around 11pm or midnight cause she sent me the pictures at 1:38am. I have a debt that is being handled by SIMM Associates out of Delaware. I am soo fumed by this one collector, Stephan Woodruff. I just called there to speak to him.. and did ask for a debt validation. He lied at first when I asked what his last name was. He told me Wilson and I told him he sounded alot like the guy that keeps calling me at work harrassing me. He then told me it was him and when I asked why he lied to begin with about his last name.. He changed the subject. He said he basically can still call me until they receive something in writing from me..

I'm working on the letters to send to the PDL companies I owe money to. I'm wondering though, how do I go about setting up payment arrangements. I'd rather communicate with all of them by snail mail because of the way BIG treated me. I have no desire to speak to any of these people by phone. What payment arrangements have you guys made and was it difficult to get the PDL companies to accept the arrangements?

my fault made bad decisions was making very good money flat rate auto tech flat rate meaning i get paid for what i do was working 48 hours a week gettin paid for 70-80 now business is extremely slow 4 the past 6months putting me in a huge hole. took me alot a nuts to do this. but i got no choice at wits end.

I am starting to look at apartments. I ran my credit report for the first time in years. The score came out as 630. It has some old dr bills that I could not pay, but I do have some good credit on it that is more recent. Is 630 high enough that I might be able to rent without a hassle? thanks for your help.

I sent letters to all three of the companies I have loans with. Paydayok.com responded and told me they would apply partial payments toward my balance but that interest would accrue daily. Isn't there a cap? Are they licensed in FL? Can they even do that?
