I got a number for Ashland from this site 732 203 7708 The loan I originally got was 200 and the loan has rolled over 4 times for 60 each. I want to contact them to pay the full 260 and get it over with. When i called the man told me that i would need to pay 387 to take care of this. There was an extra fee for not contacting them within the first 21 days. However, they had no information or no file they said that the file hasnt been sent to them yet and I need to call the number from my email loan aggreement which i dont have and dont remember ever getting.

Called today to get some assistance in dealing with the negotiations with these pdls and was told by the Sr. Examiner that I needed a lawyer to deal with them. He gave me a lawyer referral telephone number of 1-800-342-3661. I called the number and found out that it is a referral service of the New York State Bar Association. They also offered a pro bono website for New Yorkers which is www.lawhelp.org/ny Has anyone ever gone this route. I plan on checking the pro bono site and will report back after it has been reviewed. ....

Ok so if u remember correctly i had sent off for validation from this CA. It was supposed to be for 2 different accounts, same hospital. Well today i recieved ALL the information from my son's test along with my signature on the contract. So ok that's valid right? Now the question is.... the second one is totally ignored... nothing on it, no paper work, no signed contract.... now what? Do I try to make payment arrangements for his and continue to dispute this other one that they say is for me? Thanks for any answers, Ang

I have had my experience with credit card debt and have moved passed that, but i recently applied for an auto loan thru a federal credit union and was declined due to outstanding medical bills.
