I live in the state of Texas, and I have also been receiving calls from arrowhead investments, threatening to call my county's sheriff's office. What to do?

Hi I took out a loan from apollo group about a month ago and now i'm getting letters in the mails saying that i owe westbury ventures the money. i talked to a sharon and she said i owe like 655.00 on a 250.00 loan....i couldn't beleive it.....she said that if i can pay 300.00 by the end of june she'll waive the fee's and she won't take me to court. I reside in indiana can someone please tell what i should do?

I received a loan fro mte, and i refinanced one time. Now I am having trouble trying to pay it off in full. I call the listed number, but yet to talk to areal person. So this loan keeps getting refinanced, and I am getting charged a re-fi fee. I would like a number to talk with someone in person to oay this loan off in full or is there a web site available?

I filed a complaint with the BBB online against this company, but I received notification a couple of days ago that they cannot continue their investigation because they don't have a complete address listed for NMS. I just have their Costa Rica address, but when I filed I placed the Alden, IL as the location. Does anyone have any more detailed address info on NMS??

About a year or so ago, my neighbor who saw me outside, came to me and told me that some guy went over to his house and asked him if i still lived here and told him he was with my mortage co and then proceded to ask him if my house was going thru foreclosure. Now if it were truly my mortage co wudn't they know if my house was being foreclosed on? At the time it seemed weird to me cuz we have NEVER been late on a house payment but i blew it off cuz i wasn't worried about that. Then all of a sudden i thought about this last night....

I joined this website only a week ago. I am so glad I found this site. It has helped me so much. I went to a finance company & got to consolidate all my bills & finally pay off my ash lonas. A few months ago I hired Town and Country to help me consolidate my payday loans and the few accounts that I left in collections. Anyways, I received a letter in the mail from another payroll lender and this is what their letter says. "We will be forced to pursue other alternatives to resolve this matter.

They charged my account $25. Is this another name for a company. I have never had a loan through them. I have blocked ACH from Cash Transfer Centers. Thank you

About 7 months back I made a really bad choice (that seemed great at the time). I took a new job to start a new life with my wife and to get away from my old house that I had with my ex-wife. Unfortunately the house has not yet sold and signature loans, credit cards, and one month of missed alimony payments have been the only way I've kept it afloat. In addition to that the cost of living for my apartment is considerably higher than that of the house where I used to live. The increase in my salary is actually less than the increase in the cost of living (bad research on my part).

I took out a Car Title Loan from a company here in Oregon, but due to recent legislation, the business closed leaving only an 800 number (from Illinois) to call. I spoke to them one day to pay off my loan in advance of the due date, but found out I had to send over an ACH form. Well, stupidly I did that and now the 800 number is disconnected. Has anyone had this problem? It has been two days, but no debits have been made on my account.
