I took out a payday loan form Instant loan Today. They attempted to electronically take the money from my bank account, but there were insufficient funds. They kept sending my bank drafts over and over. The bank closed my account. This company is now threatening to have me arrested for federal bank fraud through inter-state internet transfer. I don't want to go to jail. I have never been in trouble before. I agreed to pay them on the basis of not going to jail. I was afraid and scared. I am a good person. They wanted my friends, family and other numbers.

I have 6 outstanding payday loans. I recently had to take out another payday loan just to pay the fees on these payday loans. I don't make enough money to pay all these fees (or the principal) and live. I don't know what to do. I wish I had found this site yesterday so that I could have closed my bank account to debits before today. I have fees on all 6 of these loans being debited at midnight tonight. I pulled all but $100 from my bank account to pay our house note and utilities. I know that by the time I get to the bank in the morning I will be hundreds negative.

I am 24 and am currently in college. My x girlfriend left last year and the bills keep piling up. I dont owe that much, about 5 thousand but I would like to take care of it as soon as possible.

I'm laying out a spreadsheet with my loans and payments. It makes me sick to see how much I have paid out. One thing that shook out was a hit for $120 every two weeks from SPD Finance. I tracked it back to January and still don't have a deposit and total nearly $1500 and I'm sure it will grow when I get in to last years statements.I was able to get a phone number 800-474-2995. Out of 13 remaining loans I probably owe less than $600. My head is pounding - I'll be back on later.

After I verified who I was this woman had the nerve to ask the most blatant questions: (1) Are you currently on parole (2) Am I a felon (3) How many times have I been to jail for this beore (4) Do you still have a job or did they fire you, etc. I couldn't beleive what I was hearing! Mind you, this is the 1st phone call I rcv'd from this company EVER. I answered on the 2nd ring, etc.

ANYBODY that can help me will be an angel! I've searched and searched. No avail. I have a pdl with Cash Borrower. They are harassing the crap out of me. Only info. is a telephone number and email. They will NOT give me an address when I call. They will NOT respond to my address request when I email. I have only found that they are the same company as Dollar Quick.
