Hi Gang, I just wanted to say have a great weekend :-) My mom and I are going out of town for a few days. We are going to see my grandma and some other family members. We are leaving early tomorrow morning and coming back sometime next week. See ya!

I received a call from ARS National at my place of employment at 2:15pm yesterday, then at 2:28pm my Manager forwarded a voicemail from them that was left on her extension that was for me. Well today I receive a call from them on my personal phone. I called the number back to see what the situation was about. I spoke with Jose Garcia and I explained to him that I am unable to pay this debt as I've been under medical care and I'm more worried about saving my own life. He explained he's heard that numerous times and flat out called me a liar.

...has not arrived yet! But, I went to the doc today and he said that if he was a betting man, it would probably happen before Monday. If not, then I get induced. Just wanted to update everyone who had been asking about me. Please pray that it happens this weekend! I am miserable here!

how long is it before they figure this out and start calling you or try to recharge your account? I have put a stop on some coming in tomorrow and plan on sending the letter and stuff tomorrow also. Thank you for the feedback!!!

I've been out of the loop for awhile now. Is the template letter that I wrote still working to settle with the IPDL's or is it time to give it a make over?

I have well overpaid these folks over the last couple of years and I just defaulted with them. Is anybody familiar with their collection techniques? Do they threaten arrest or lawsuits like the basswipes? If anybody has dealth with them I would love to get a heads up on what to expect.

I borrowed $600 in April, have paid $450 in finance charges, and now they are asking for an additional $900. The are making it easy and I am inclined to accept the offer of $75 per wk for 12 pay'ts.just to get this over with. Both collectors I spoke to on the phone were great and very nice, but there is no way in hell I am paying atotal of $1350 for a $600 loan. Any suggestions, I live in NY and haven't given them the NY usary law spiel. HELP!!!!
