I hope someone can help me. I live in Ohio and I am stuck on an insane merry-go-round of pay day loan debts. Can anyone help me? I have 2 internet loans and 5 store front loans and I can't pay my rent anymore. Please help me!

I live in a 2 family house and yesterday my inlaws received a call from I believe National Recovery Asset. They asked for my father in law in reference to me. Is this legal to do?

does starter home direct really deposit the loan into your account?

I got into a situation where I had to take out a payday loan. I know it was dumb, I've always heard that it's a bad idea to work with Payday lenders. I used a payday loan finder I found on Google. I applied for two loans at $200 each. What happened next is hard for me to understand. Over the next couple days, I got three or four emails asking me to "verify" my information for the payday loans or that I needed to resign my loan documents. It was Memorial Day weekend and the two lenders I chose wouldn't deposit the money until that Tuesday.

any info good or bad about this company? Been getting calls from them but have yet to be contacted via mail. It would sure be nice to get a letter from them so I can send out the validation letter.

Lost a case to debt collection. Have to pay in full in the amount of 6000+. How can I settle with installment?

I am being threatened by Cash Transfer Centers that they will begin the process to Garnish from my payroll if I don't pay pack the PDL I made with them. Problem is that they wont offer me any doable repayment options. With all the options they provide I will have to take another payday loan to survive. I want to pay it back, but there doesn't seem to be anything acceptable. I dont want to take another PDL and I cant afford to have them garnish my payroll either. Help.
