I told verizon I was disatified with there sevice. I could any reception in my area and didn't tell me that. The commerical says if I not satified I can go to a another carrier. They said the commerical didn't apply to me because if was a day after I purchased the phone. I have numberous e-mails stating I only owed 10.54. Now they are saying I owe 253.72. Not I received a letter from allied that I owe them. What should I do? I have a complaint in with the FCC.

I had a debt from when I was 18 got a credit card and maxed it out at $2000 and couldnt make the payments at the time, well about a year later I got a served from a lawyers office that bought my debt from the credit card company. I went to court and agreed to pay $200 hundred a month until paid off with no interest as long as I paid monthly.

i never revieved the imagine visa credit card but they are still charging me. i dont know where to contact them.

I really need to find some other arrangements for paying them. My loan is due on 6/22. I cannot close my account. Can I do anything to unauthorize them from charging my account? I can make payment arrangements with them. I could have the money in one week. Is there anything I can do? I received a message on my voicemail from this company leaving this number. I've done some research on this site and they are the same as Bass and Associates. I sent them months ago a DV letter request and never received one. I also repuested they not contact me at my office and only correspond through mail. they have called my office and left a message on my work phone. what do I do about this? can i file a harrassment lawsuit against the company even though they have used a different name and phone number?

I am 22 years old and about two years ago I learned the hard way that even though you have a great job making good money, it is smarter to create a cushion, then to buy things on credit. Now that I have lost that job, it has completly ruined my credit, and I dont know how to get out of debt. I want to save my credit score while I am still young, but I am not exactly sure how to.

I have filed a Chapter 13 and have a court date for July 10th. Yesterday I got an objection from a dentist's office. I called the office to find out how much I owed them and they said $128. However, they sent it to a collection agency in 2002. This is a collection agency that filed a judgement against my husband and I and we had been paying them $50 a month forever and only owed them like $150 more. So I called the collection agency and they said that we only owed that dentist office $3!!!!!!!!! NOT $128!!!
