oh snap! bank account NOT closed ????

OK. So I closed my bank account and sent out ACH Revocation letters, and 6 paydayloan companies (only 6 were due out of the 9 I have open) sent through ACH withdrawls anyway. My bank account is now showing a negative $1055.00 balance. And apparently PAID these withdrawls, even though I closed the account.

I stupidly took out a Cashcall loan. 216 is taken out of my account on the first. This month the 216 was not paid due to ISF. First time has happened in nearly a year of payments. Spoke to cashcall. Agreed to make payment on the 21st. Everything fine. NOT!! Yesterday received nasty call from CC. Returned call and told of arrangment on the 21st. Last nite I check my bank account online. CC took out 216.00 last nite which in turn has made my rent check bounce today.

I'm still working on closing and opening a new checking account. I want the current one closed before I contact the PDL companies. However,I want to file with the AG on Moneyline so I contacted them. I casually asked the start date of my loan - this just makes me sick - November of 2005. I have paid $90 every two weeks on a $300 loan. Due to my good record with payments they have forgiven the balance and marked it paid in full. The only catch is that they won't extend anymore loans to me. LOL
I sure hope I can get some of this back.

I have CC debt and little to no income now. What do I do?18 years 8 months ago I have several credit card debts and no income. I took out the cards to live on while selling my house. The house was expected to sell for $100,000.00 more than it finally sold for. This left me no money to repay the credit card debts. I have spoken, several times, with each company asking to be allowed to pay $10 a month per card. At the time I was earning $600.00 per month which did not pay all of my basic living expenses let alone debts.

cease & desist???18 years 8 months ago What do I need to send them to get them to not call me at work, I have two outstanding loans one with oneclickcash and one with usfastcash, one of those two companies gave my account information to exprescash and they took my money without telling me or even letting me know when or what it is from they say a loan from 3 years ago but I know I paid all those, anyways I closed my bank account and i know those two companies are going to be calling me and i do not want to get in trouble at work so can someone please tell me what i need to send them so they cannot contact me here.
