But when will i ever wake up from this horrible horrible nightmare!? Yesterday i recieved yet "another" bill from yet "another" collection agency for lab services! Shessshhhhhhhh. My insurance hasn't even paid on this claim yet and now they have turned it over to collections! I'm SO sick of it! (gosh better not get sick then that'll be another bill!) lol I HAVE to laugh or i'll cry! For cripes sake it's only for $97 so why would they turn us over SO soon? SIGHS. I guess it's time for me to come to the realization that this will be a life long fight!

Has anyone had any deallings with this company? This is my most recent loan and I have had the absolute hardest time getting documents from them. The woman that approved my loan said that she would "shoot" me an email right after we got off the phone, but guess what? I never got it. Checked the spam, added her to my contact list, etc. Never got it. Yesterday I threatened her with the AG, after 4 emails to retrieve documentation of how much I am going to owe. They never explained how much I will pay or anything. CRAZY!!

So I pulled my credit reports last fall in order continue paying old bills. I have been working on cleaning up my credit for a couple of years now. When i got my reports only the trans union and experian reports showed up. Equifax sent me a letter saying my info didn't match. I didn't think too much about it just figured they goofed somewhere. Well I went to get a loan about a month ago and was denied. The loan agency showed me my credit report and told me I was denied because i was overextended because of my credit cards. I don't have any credit cards.

I had a knock on the door today by the neighor today and he give a paper with a number(866-879-3144) and the name Michael Techman.He told me he said nothing but to call him today!!This neighor lives like 5 homes down from us.We have no phone but only DSL for the internet and use cell phones.Besides if I had a home phone thats Rule number one never answer a phone with the caller ID saids "unknown caller" if they want un-block there name then there nothing to me!! Am trying to help my new wife clean up her credit and I have a couple of questions to ask, so I hope you will please bear with me. 1. She has a charged off account ($3700 high balance) with FCNB that was opened in 2000, closed in 2002 and shows a date paid in 2004. WHAT exactly is DATE PAID? I can't find an explanation of what that means... Also, It shows balance of $0 and past due of $0. This supposedly was being taken care of when they enrolled in Ameridebt...which of course is now gone and we don't know if it actually was taken care of or not. ANYWAY......
