Can a CA collect on a debt from cash advance network, because cash advance is affliated with MTE Financial Services. I had taken a loan with these people awhile back and honestly forgot about it when I didn't ever get a call back or any sort of correspondence from themn after I had offered my settlement payment plan. They aren't licensed ANYWHERE, but the CA ,(it Accounts Receivable Management of Florida) that is trying to collect for them is licensed.

Got to get this off my mind so I will post it here.....Thursday night around 9:00 some huge man was knocking on the door, when I opened the inside door he asked if I was------, I said yes, and he said he was here to repo my car. My $15,000.00 car that I have been faithfully paying on monthly and sometimes making double payments. except for Sept and Oct of 2006 when I had surgery, and called the bank and it was in agreement that I would tack on some extra cash to my regular monthly payments to catch up.

hi everyone.. i just recently got a bill from allied interstate about my bill from qwest communications. ive heard alot about them and they havent contacted me yet.. i wrote qwest a letter negotiating payment arrangments since it been assinged to allied interstate and told them in the letter im sending them a cease and disist letter.. i would rather work with the original creditor then with the scum at allied interestate.

Hello again. I posted for the first time a few days ago and received some helpful advice. I wonder if folks here might help us with one more question ... Now that we're on the mend financially, we're beginning to think about buying a house (in a year or so). We've never done this. Nearly all of our debt will soon be in the form of loans: specifically, a debt consolidation loan and a car loan -- both through our credit union -- as well as quite a lot in student loans.

I am drowning in payday loan debt. It started out small. I was short one payday, so I got a $200 loan to cover all my expenses. Next payday rolled around and I was short again, but this time I also had the payday loan roll over fee to pay, so I got another payday loan............etc., etc. etc. Now i'm in such a bad place that I have 8 payday loans who's payments all got bounced by my bank because i didn't have the money, so on top of all those debts, I also have the bank's over draft fees hanging over my head. I don't know what to do to even begin to get myself out of this mess.
