Does anyone know anything about this company? Yesterday I emailed them wanting to know why I could not view my loan documents. They called today and told me it was due to mu loan being in default as of Monday (I put an ACH block on my account) They continue to tell me that I owe $424 on this loan that I took out on 5/21. I told them they must be mistaken I took this loan out a couple of months ago. Well I took a look at my bank records and I took the loan out on 4/24/07 for 250.00 since then I have made 3 payments of $75. What the heck?

I received a letter this company stating that I owe money to State Farm Mutual Auto Ins. Co. Thing is i have never been carried by State Farm. And this debt is not mine. I treid to call this company and all i get is answering machine. How do i get this cleared up? Any andall help would be appreciated?

We got into the same mess as so many on this site was happy to find out we're not alone here! PDL's are ruining everything got behind one month so took one pdl then 2,3,4 ect. now because they stripped everything from our bank acct we're behind in everything else, mortgage, 2 car payments, phone, ect. We did close our bank acct and open a new one but not before hundreds of dollars nsf fees. Here is a list of who we have them, thru any feed back on if there lic in WI or not or any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can I be taken to court for web-based payday loans?

I received a letter from the Law Office of Wilfred E Briesemeister (sp?) stating they had a judgement on my Bank of America credit card. The original credit limit was $1500. This account was turned over to CACH LLC and the amount they want is $4800, four times the amount. not Long ago, I got my credit report and Bank of America was listed with an outstanding balance of $0. When I got it yesterday, it was not there at all, nor was CACH LLC. I called the lawyer yesterday, and he offered settlement for $3000. I cannot afford that. I am a full time college student and I make $800 a month.
