hi i have 5 PDLS out .i sent out all my cease and decease letters. i faxed them thery are her ready to go out certified mail today.i am in pa .here is what i have. 500fastash-250 paid 75.00 cashnetusa-600 paid 300 apple fast cash-300 paid 0 general vetura-100 paid 150+ paydaY OK -500 paid 1667.35 i sent emails to GENERAL VENTUR andPAYDAYOK letters to mark my account paid in full and payday ok that they o owe me a refund.

I am at my wits end. I found your site after Googling "Superior Asset Management" and am looking for any advice you can offer. This company calls my home EVERY DAY asking to speak to [name omitted]. This person does not live here, has never lived here, we don't know anyone by this name etc.etc. I have asked [at first politely] to have the calls stopped. The callers are rude, abusive, and hang up whenever I speak. This has been going on for months. What can I possibly do to stop this harassment?

I got married and I brought debt but she brought more. It has been a continuous struggle trying to break free. Between getting loans to pay off other loans it has snow balled. We have house notes, car payments, car insurance payment(Includes a 20 year old step daughter) and a variety of credit cards and loans! It's not like either one of us are shop-aholics but its just the regular stuff that happens. We make descent money between our two jobs but of course uncle Sam takes a big chunk of that.

Okay, so I received a phone call the day before Mother's day May 12?) saying that I owe $1200 and to pay up now...Don't know who these people are, and never heard a word of this before...They said that my ex told them to call me and collect. Apparently, he took out a payday loan in 2002. On a check that was a :x secret bank account - more on that later - They notified him at least 7 times that I can tell, probably a lot more.

Who is ed taylor calling from 864-527-9167. It is a prerecorded message. Leaves a call back number of 1-877-389-1132. When you return the call the phone just rings. Think this is some type of collection agency. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks

I'm going through the same situations as a lot of people have expressed in this forum. I have not spoken to anyone but I need to make some sort of action as soon as possible. I have fallen late/behind in my rent and am afraid I will be evicted because the payday loans are exhausting all of the funds from my account. I'm afraid to close the account because I have direct deposit with my employer, won't that mess things up? Can someone please contact me. I'm finding myself feeling like I can't function through the day because I don't know what to do about the situation.

Good morning all. I live in the DC area and have a few payday loans. 3 Internet and 3 Storefront. I have fallen behind on bills so i had to stop paying finance fee's monthly for the PDL in order to stay afloat on my other bills including rent. I have 2 weeks before my eviction. My story is, every one of my PDL companies has excepted Payoff Payment Plans except ONE, ACE Cash Express. Although i pay them $50 a week on my $500.00 loan, They have refused that as a payment and continue to debit my account using my SSN. Costing me numerous NSF fee's.

does anyone know who this is they started trying to take 90.00 out of my checking I ask my banl who they r and they tell me they have no information on them on 6/11 they tried along with the 90.00,30.00,30.00,45.00. I don't understand how a bank can just let anyone try to take money out or take it out and have no record of whom they are.....Tina
