After the statute of limitations has expired, under the FDCPA. how long does it stay on your cerdit report. I mean, if i wasnt sued over debt that was owed and acounts were closed.

I live in New York and got a loan from western sky for 2600 I made 2 payments before coming across this forum and learning that the loan was an illegal transaction. As per the details in this forum I revoked their ACH privileges, closed my account and informed them that the loan was illegal and i was willing to pay only the principal borrowed. I received the standard reply email and hard copy response about the loan being governed under tribal law.

Hi, I live in Wisconsin and have 3 payday loans and several installment loans out. I have gotten in way over my head using loans to pay off other loans and etc. Now all I have are loan payments and cannot keep up on my household bills and am not sure what to do. I have 3 loans that are due in full on Friday and my bank account is going to have an overdraft freakout.

Just thought I would share with you my experience with the BBB regarding Cash Call. I issued a complaint with the BBB against Cash Call and of course got no where. I then sent a complaint to this BBB asking how in the world Cash Call can get an "A" rating? so here it is... Please note that Cash Call has 283 complaints against them and lawsuits either closed or in progress. I did suggest that they have separate ratings for their loan dept. vs. their mortgage dept. "Thank you for your inquiry regarding the company's rating.
