So this monring i had a Mystery debit for $54.95, My bank cant even locate who the company is that debited, Does anyone know what this may be or have you had similar charges in this amount?

Has anyone used them? I signed up for the free 30 day trial. I hate gving out my socal security number. Is this normal to pull a credit report? Sorry I haven't done it in on my own in a long time.

Last year I had gotten my credit together and back on track after messign it up in college. But I got into a relationship and went crazy on my cards trying to sustain it. It failed and left me back in debit and then i lost my job. I moved from Baltimore, MD to Atlanta, GA to start over. things are back on track, i have a part time job. But all of my old bills have killed my credit score. And i do not knw where to state to get caught up.

Hey Everybody, Thought I would drop in a minute. Just wanted to let you all know I am still kicking. As many of you all know I am traveling with my son back and forth to Va. He is doing a lot better and I appreciate your prayers. I am a different matter. I gained 30 lbs of fluid in 18 days. I am going in tomorrow for a series of heart tests. Seems like I have a problem going on there. I am really nervous about this. My dad and mom both passed away with heart problems. Can a complany like NCO leave a msg on your answering machine.. This is NCO....The law states that we need to inform you that this is a debt collection company, any attempt to collect a debt...... I thought they can only leave their name and number?

I have a pdl loan with GFS that I took out in Dec for $200 as of 4/11 I paid them $455. I spoke to them today and told them I was reporting them to my states Attorney General (NJ) and that my account was and should be marked paid in full. They argued with me and told me they were forwarding my account to their collection department. Can they garnish my wages? and does anyone have an email address for them GFS?

I live in Texas and have read the information about the laws for pdl. I need to know if there is any way to consolidate these loans. I have two that toal about $2000 and I am paying about 250 every two weeks just in fees. I want to consolidate other bills as well or join a help group, but, I can not commit to any payments until I have these pay off.

Hi I just received a credit alert that GEMB/CARE CREDIT has opened an account. The balance is zero (0) at this time. I don’t know who they are or where they came from. I have tried looking up a contact number for them but have had no luck. Can anyone please tell me how to contact these people so I can find out what is going on? Thanks a bunch! John
