I make really good money. I have payday loans over $5000.00. I got in this debt because i needed an attorney and my costs were over $10,000. I started getting payday loans that i see no way out. I am in way over my head. I seriously pay over 1200.00 a month to pay day loans and am not getting them down. I have been doing this for at least 10 months. I could afford a loan and have paid off in 12 months but my credit is so bad, I do not want to and will not file bankruptcy. Any suggestions anyone Please help

After HOURS upon HOURS of reading your posts, getting much needed information, finding addresses/phone numbers for pdl's, learning the laws, etc... I have finally type out EVERY letter for my 12 (yes, 12) pdl's. Some owe me a refund and some I owe them. I have already emailed every one of them. I am now getting ready to fax every one of them. And then I am placing a hard copy in the mail to every one of them. Thank you for your assistance in this whole mess.

i am 21 and slowly screwing up my credit, hardcore. i have two credit cards a best buy credit card and a paypal online credit card. Those really arent much of a problem, i can afford the payments. HOWEVER, it is my electricty bill from my last residency. My roomates really screwed me over, badly. I could not make the monthly payments, so my balance kept going up. i made a payment plan... thought i did... but, looking at my bill, it is not much of a payment plan at all. i tried getting a loan from my bank, but my credit score wasn't high enough.

Hi, I came across this site while looking up a company for a loan. Thanks to this site I know not to go with them. I am a young guy looking to get out of debt. I just rather pay everything off in one payment. I've been trying to get a loan to pay off all my debt just to bring up my score. My score is currently at 515. Is there any company that anyone knows of that will give me a loan or what is a good consolidation company to go with. I was with credit solutions and they have done nothing so far. I'm dropping them as of tomorrow. So any info would help. Thank You!

can asset acceptance and this naf come after me after the statue of limitation has run out for a given debt

Due to the lack of support from other moderators,members,and especially Admin,I am no longer going to moderate on this board.I am willing to share my knowledge but,I am very unwilling to look like I don't know what I am doing every time I attempt to protect the board or members from other posters.I have always enforced the rules of this board to the letter and now stand accused of overstepping my bounds.You old timers that want this moderating can have it.The members I care about do know how to contact me if they need a question answered without all the mud slinging here!

My thinking was that as a forum, people should be allowed to freely express their opinions and respond to statements posted. I most certainly understand that comments that are blatantly offensive may be deleted, but I am seeing an awful lot of deleted posts by people appearing to be from collection agencies, law firms and others who possess the opinion that debts a person has legitimately incurred should be paid. As I read through the posts, I am seeing a very common theme of "how can I get out of paying this debt." Please don't sit here, read this and say it is not true.

Any one ever heard of starter loans direct? I keep getting email offers for a loan up to $10000. is this another ipdl scam?

I sent a debt validation letter to midland credit management (Certified) etc. I just checked the USPS website and it says "item was returned to the sender on June 9, 2007 because the forwarding order for this address is no longer valid. " The address was 5775 Roscoe Ct. San Diego, CA 92123-1356 The only other address given on the settlement letter they sent was a P. O. Box Can anyone give a better address to send a certified letter?
